If you are looking to bring breath of fresh air to your ladies ministry I would highly and confidently recommend Kim and Pam. You will be edified and inspired. The effects of their time with you will be long felt after they have gone! The women’s ministry at our church began a new program called Sensational Saturdays. We kicked off this new program in the fall of 2002 with Kim Wier and Pam McCune’s presentation of Redeeming the Season. Kim and Pam brought a plethora of ideas and practical suggestions for the holidays all of which pointed back to the real reason for the season.
Their energy and enthusiasm were highly contagious and the ladies of our group are still talking about their presentation and ideas almost two years later. The resources they brought to the event helped to provide many young families with traditions they have incorporated into their lives and the lives of their children.

Kim and Pam are a dynamic duo. They each have their own interesting personal stories, testimonies, and fun family traditions to share with you. Just when you thought you couldn't take another Christmas, they uplift and redeem your season. As coordinator for my ladies retreat last fall, I heard all of my guests saying how glad they were that they took time out of their busy schedules to attend. They were also asking me if Kim and Pam could come back next year. I found their ideas so simple and easy to do that I walked away with a bagful. Literally! The resource tables made it so easy to implement their ideas - even on a budget. But as Kim says, "Don't try to do it all! Pick one or two that inspire you." And that's just what I did. My favorite idea is the "Gift with Purchase". My children ages 10 and 4 years old loved it as much as I did. I feel that attending "Redeeming the Season" was one of the highlights of my Christmas this year.

I was very impressed with the response that I received from Kim & Pam.
I not only called to ask them to do a retreat, I even told them what topic I wanted them to do it on. They took the ball and ran with it. Contracts were sent to me via email and they were always accessible if I had any questions. The preparation of our theme was exceptional, and the time and research that was put into our weekend was unsurpassed. Our theme was Fresh Brewed Life, as in fresh brewing coffee. They had researched coffee. Everything about it, from beginning to end and applied it to our lives and how we can make them new again. Not only new in Christ, but new in our everyday activities.
We have had many retreats in the past and this one was the most personal. Other times, our speakers have been great, but they always had their own subject and came to us to speak. This topic was chosen by our ministry group and Kim & Pam prepared and brought it to us in a way that touched each and every women there. Both participated in all of our activities and became part of our group. I was also impressed with the level and the amount of materials that were brought for the bookstore. Items brought were what appealed to our group of ladies.
As a retreat planner, I would strongly recommend Pam and Kim, and Engaging Women Ministries. They have a love for teaching women and touching women. Our retreat was definitely a blessing to all and we look forward to having them again. We have already booked a "Redeeming the Season" program for this November and we are also opening it up to the rest of the community, so that they can also have the blessing we have had from Pam and Kim.
Thank you both for the time and effort you put into our retreat and I cannot wait until November to see you again.
